Something I recently realized is that chasing your dreams don’t mean it will be easy. For context I’m an artist, brand owner, and a content creator. U can squeeze all of that into the term (creative). And well it isn’t easy. I have to grind the art fundamentals to improve, I have to make art, I have to hold myself accountable to properly consume media and entertainment because that’s a source of my inspo. For the brand I have to constantly set aside time to figure out website bugs, and I have to set aside time to design more clothes which I haven’t been doing due to poor time management. And for social media making sure I have enough mental energy to turn on the camera. Though it gets easier the less I care for ppl opinions about me. Preferably I’d want to get to the point that people could see me naked and I wouldn’t care, though I’d rather not cause I got no business in jail.

I lowk wanted to stop by cause I needed some specific books for info I coulda maybe googled. But I wanna improve my literacy ability because apparently the new trend nowadays is to be slow. I was that kid playing games n watching anime’s in the back of class so i gotta get my honor back. This book cover surprised me tho- not too many thoughts about.

First time I’ve drawn JUST to draw. I spend most of my time studying just for me not to ever use it and eventually forget. If I spent that time doing what I’m already good at, I’d probably see more improvement. Not some to be bummed about but a crucial stepping stone in character development.
